Job Description	Ability to successfully administer and manage all aspects of the entire girls lacrosse program - understanding of and ability to exude character while supporting the mission and philosophies of Groton-Dunstable Regional H.S. and its athletic department - ability to ensure academic success – ability to assist student-athletes to continue in college -strong belief in supporting other athletic programs within GDRHS - proven leadership ability - excellent organizational skills - ability to fundraise - strong, positive communication skills with student-athletes, parents, staff and officials - proven success in coaching/teaching - demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate student-athletes on and off the field.
Job Requirements	Job Requirements CPR Certified, must have completed NFHS concussion course, Sport Specific Knowledge of Rules and Policies, previous high school coaching experience required, head coaching experience preferred.
